The left end of the print roller that drives the roller must be square. The ones I received have a bit of extra brass that makes them unusable. I buy a lot of them and can't use any of them :( If you look at the photo the dirty roller is what the roller should look like. The clean one is what I have. You can see the difference between them when you look on the brass fittings on the right. There is an additional obstacle that is not present on any of the platen rollers on my ZT410 printer.
