Of course, everything is subjective. For me, the bag is great. I was looking for something that would, on the one hand, interfere with a laptop 17.3, on the other hand, it would not be a huge shapeless bag. For me, it's the perfect choice. Strict, without "whistles-perdelok-sparkles". Holds its shape well (even when empty). In terms of capacity - a laptop, a mouse, a charger, a couple of diaries, a folder with a4 documents, a bottle of water, a tablet +, if desired, you can probably cram something else (a couple of books for sure). I repeat - if you want to carry potatoes, or you want to carry two pairs of shoes - apparently, the backpack is not for you. Very (!) comfortable. Starting from Velcro on the straps (! I have never seen such a chip anywhere, even with famous brands) - when you put it on the floor in the subway, no one tramples on the straps, a pocket on the inside (very ! it is convenient to carry a passport and documents - no they will pull it out for sure), when carrying by the handle - it does not outweigh, etc. I didn’t get under heavy rain - but I was under the average rain several times - I didn’t notice any “blotters” (someone writes that the backpack got wet - it’s necessary, apparently, to swim with him in puddles ?). Total - an excellent office-city backpack.
