Very poorly assembled.

The reason I order it is because the reviews say it uses different watts for different settings rather than on and off. Preserved with all internal parts. The tile inside is not attached at all. Send it back for a replacement. A similar thing, except for those little screws rattling in the first, had already lost a second. Sent back for a refund.
