Their support team is very quick to respond and helpful. They have an easy to use interface and the software is very intuitive. I would like to see more features for our sales team. We have not found a need for more automation features. We are solving a problem of keeping track of our leads and communicating with them more efficiently. There have been no down sides to using Channelplace. The only downside is that the software can sometimes take a while to load, but that is a small price to pay for the benefits. We are able to keep track of our lead list and communicate with them more efficiently.
