I think reviews excluding HexClad products (I have both pots and cookware sets) are usually because people expect full nonstick. In fact, my HexClad is my favorite cookware because it's instantly cleanable, versatile, and crisps up food just as much as stainless steel. And no matter how badly you burn something into it, you can always clean it with a soft brush, dish soap and 1-2 strong brushes. It's not your usual non-stick coating that gets in the way of making great grills. This is an excellent happy medium that combines quality of preparation and ease of maintenance. Highly recommended for those who love to cook but often visit on weekdays and therefore want life to be a little simpler than stainless steel without sacrificing taste.
