Small hat, crumpled.

You get what you pay for. The hat is.not great. Feels kind of cheap, and arrived crumpled and misshapen. It's also really small, even for average sized women's heads.I ended up giving it to someone with a tiny head who wants to put in the effort to hand wash it and try to reshape it into something useable.The suspenders and bowtie seem okay. They look nice enough and do the job. It's worth the low price for these accessories.do NOT purchase if you're excited at all about the hat.
