Yibuy's Online Shop Does Not Provide Satisfactory Shopping Experience

I was eager to check out Yibuy, an online music store, because I'm a serious music enthusiast. Unfortunately, I had a terrible time using their website. The website's layout and usability were both subpar. The search function was inconsistent, and the different sections were difficult to navigate. Trying to track out the precise guitar and bass parts I needed was a major source of frustration. In addition, I had many questions concerning the products that were left unaddressed by the descriptions. This made it difficult for me to make educated purchases, and I ultimately ended up seeking out more information elsewhere online. It was much more of a hassle to check out. The checkout process was cumbersome and the page repeatedly timed out, requiring me to start over. There was no indication of where one's order stood in the checkout procedure, and it was not obvious what details were required. Furthermore, the support staff was unhelpful. I tried to get in touch with them via email and phone but never heard back from them. Being kept in the dark about the whereabouts of my order was quite frustrating. In conclusion, Yibuy's virtual shop was far from ideal. The difficult checkout process, the scarce availability of information, and the complete absence of any customer support all contributed to an unpleasant online shopping experience. If you're looking for a place to buy musical instruments online, I wouldn't suggest this one.
