Good TAV for Predator 212. Read below.

This is a great TAV kit for the Predator 212. Here's what you need to know to make it work: 1a. If installing on a Predator 212, discard the hardware that comes with the Kit.1b. Purchase the correct mounting hardware for the back panel. (4x - 5/16" x 24dpi x 1"). Use the middle inner holes on the plate.2. Use the included rear flat washer PLUS enough 3/4" flat washers (NOT included) to align the back of the flat drive pulley with the flat back of the driven pulley. In addition to the washer provided to successfully align the panels. If you don't do this, you won't be able to prevent the straps from breaking. 3. The included drive pulley mounting bolt is also the wrong thread. 24 tpi x 2") along with a suitable rubber washer, followed by a metal washer, followed by a lock washer. Loosen it and blow on the drive pulley to your feet. 4. Raise the motor 1 inch to avoid chafing of the bike frame. If you are using a Coleman style 200 series bike, you can purchase a riser that will simultaneously raise and move the motor forward so nothing is cut off the bike. Look on the OMB.5 Website after. Cut the "ears" off the rear tank cap. You DO NOT need to cut it all the way, all you have to do is shave your ears slightly so they don't bump against the back of the TAV mounting plate. I used a power sander to shave just the right amount.Following these steps will keep you in good shape and avoid any amazing work on the bike.Hope this helps.
