These jack pads work as intended. On my Ford Escape, the welds run along another piece of trim making the slots in the jack pads too narrow, but I was able to work them there. If you run into a similar problem and can't move them in place, you can always saw or file the slots a little wider. For Toyota Sienna it fits perfectly. Was a little concerned it might just bump into the rubber but seems to be holding the weight well. The jacks work just as well. Would recommend for the price.
