Review on Direct Tech by Patrick Cox

It's easy for customers who are unfamiliar or new at using it; as they can see their orders easily which is great when you're trying figure out what products your customer wants! I wish there was an option where users could add notes/comments about each order that would show up later but not right away so we didn't have duplicate entries of information showing online if someone had ordered twice by mistake (same SKU). We need this because sometimes our clients will forget something from one store visit then come back another time without realizing until after processing has been completed - having those extra fields available helps us catch errors before going live since these mistakes won’t be shown unless everything goes smoothly during setup phase first thing next morning :) If anyone reading needs additional features beyond basic functionality please feel free reach me directly via email anytime @ support@directtechsolutionsincorporated.
