Enjoy this pre-workout. I tried different flavors and everyone liked them. I've been taking pre-workouts for a while and have always believed in the understanding that the more money you spend, the better the product (you get what you pay for). However, this pre-workout defies that logic as it's one of the cheapest pre-workouts I've ever bought and it still works for me just as well (and in some cases better) than other pre-workout complexes . There is only one downside to this product that I have found and that is the duration of the effects. Sometimes I stop feeling the effects before my workout is over. Of course, I've been taking pre-workouts for a while, so I may have developed a tolerance for it, and my workouts last an hour and a half to two hours. Otherwise it's a great product and I've had no problems with it.
