Great product and customer service!
The drive was new from Western Digital in sealed factory static packaging. Came in a box, not bubble wrap. This was the first SATA drive I owned and had a problem with my motherboard not recognizing it. I contacted the seller and he offered to replace it with the IDE drive I'm used to with priority shipping if I can't get it to work. Upon researching I found out it was just a jumper issue and it worked very well. I am very happy with this purchase and will come back if I need anything else. rob.
