First I would like to comment on amazon.com. I ordered this item with free shipping and the box was at my doorstep within 18 hours. Good service. Also let me say that I ordered this item from Amazon in April 2009 and received EXACTLY what was pictured. After reading other people's comments that I received something different than pictured, I was a little nervous about placing an order. The wall mount itself is of excellent quality, very strong and durable. I agree with others who say having a good spike finder and taking measurements before placing an order for this product is a must. I used this bracket to mount my 40 inch Samsung LN40B750 TV in a cabinet after removing the cabinet doors. I tilted the screen down 5 degrees and can easily view the perfect picture from my bed. tilt hint. I read in another review that this mount can only tilt 5 degrees down and 15 degrees up. That's wrong. When properly installed, this bracket allows you to tilt your TV down up to 15 degrees. "One Touch Tilt" definitely leads to deception. Tilt requires loosening the two mounting screws with a screwdriver and manually loosening the one-touch tilt screws. Another note: when I received this item, I checked the screw sizes on my TV and bought the same stainless steel screws as another review suggested. All in all, this mount is worth the money. Installation took less than half an hour. If something goes wrong, it's the TV, not the bracket. Once this bracket is on the wall, it cannot be detached. Follow the instructions carefully. and everything will be fine.
