Not adjustable and quickly became too big for people with small wrists.
I live the bright pattern and it fit perfectly when I received it. But it stretched out a tiny bit and there was no way to adjust it short of taking it apart and re-sewing it together. So I switched to an adjustable one that also stretches out a smidgen but I can, at least, tighten it up a bit. I love the concept because the elastic band is the most comfortable one to wear here in FL. But if you have "dainty" wrists - don't waist your money unless you love to sew. (But in that case - make your own. You will have an even better selection that way!)
