Works Falsely Good for Automotive Electronics

I bought this last week and installed it on my bike the same day. Before installing I used a feature that allowed you to use a USB power source to view the cameras and make sure everything was working, including the app. Everything is checked. During installation I used a voltmeter to check my connections to make sure they were the correct power supplies. Installation took about a couple of hours (which included finding suitable locations to mount the cameras and their mounts. After installation, I checked all the items again to make sure everything was working and checked. My problems manifested themselves after mine first trip with cameras installed. The main problem was that the dashcam wouldn't turn off after the key was turned off. Mind you, I checked my power supply and all the pre-tests worked before the trip. But the first thing I did was the Checking power supplies again - one was to my main power supply and the other to the fuse box (I selected the headlights to plug in. t preview. Just a black screen where the preview should have been. After a few hours I was able to (like I thought at the time) was the cause of the problem.I had to replace cameras, remote control and d Systematically connect and reconnect the power supply. Example: I unplugged the remote control but left all other devices connected -fi forgot about connecting the camera and turned off the DVR using the main power cable. After the reset, I turned the DVR back on. In the end I had to remove the elements - seats, tank, etc. - and check the cables a total of four times. After this operation, the device worked normally again. With the feeling of having achieved something, I left the bike overnight and rode it the next day. This morning I went outside for the first time and found the dashcam not working properly again. In summary, I had to take the bike apart several times to get to the cables and try to fix the problem. The app is connected but sometimes failed to create a camera preview. Since I thought I had solved the problem, I had to start over. When it worked, the picture quality was good and I liked the features the app offered when the app was connected (sometimes not. It gave a message that the device couldn't be connected at the moment, although it showed that it was connected via the wi-fi settings in my phone.I also tried the trick by putting it on airplane mode - still no luck at the time.I emailed the company and called them twice too. There is still no response to email and phone calls ended in voicemail no longer receiving messages I really wanted this system to work not only for the time commitment but also because I wanted an insurance system for the unfortunate moments where you have had an accident or any other unpleasant experience that can happen on a motorcycle.Needless to say you need to know when to call.I call it this Pro duct. It was a headache for me. The one cat that absolutely must be avoided.
