What made me buy this stick case was the patriotic theme. The US flag matched the colors of the clubs' caps perfectly. You look sharp. But these hats also have a practical side. Unlike many modern headgear, these headgear are sleek, form fitting and take up little space in a racquet bag. The smaller and slimmer size makes it easier to find other clubs. I had large, bulky head cases that made it very difficult to find other racquets while playing. Aggravating. It was important to me that the lids were tight and that the lids were long enough to avoid damaging my graphite rods. These covers extend over the shaft and offer good protection. It should be noted that I have older woods in my bag. That means my forests are physically a bit smaller than many of my peers. I use Big Bertha Warbird heads. This means if you have a lot of wood, these covers may require a bit more force to put on and take off. These sleeves fit my medium sized sticks fairly well - easy to put on and easy to take off. .
