This coffee warmer is the best I have ever owned. Everyone else just keeps my coffee (almost) warm. This one definitely keeps a full cup HOT on the high setting. When I'm drinking coffee and it's empty, I lower the settings to medium. The only thing I complain about is that when I turn it off, I press the control button for a few seconds, as the instructions say. My finger covers the entire "button" so I can't see when the device is off. Sometimes I don't keep it long enough. Not really a problem, but worth mentioning. It's also worth noting that I like that the controls are on the side rather than the top. On devices with a top control button, I sometimes accidentally touch it while reaching for other things and it turns on. I also have a cat who loves to explore and sometimes she will step on her and turn on the device. This will not happen with this device. I also like that the base is big for those big cups. I don't need the standard cup size. Come on try it. It is definitely worth buying for all coffee lovers who love HOT coffee.
