Wrong instructions, wrong fan

First they send instructions for another lamp mount. Second, the fan had to have 7 blades. It only had 3. I couldn't figure out how to access it to change the light if it burned out. It turns out from what I've read it can't be replaced. I could be wrong and someone could fix this, but there was no way to get to the light without breaking something. Also, everything was plastic. Felt cheap.
