After reading many reviews of this keyboard and other mechanical keyboards available I decided to pull the Redragon trigger because I like it didn't want to spend a lot of money as I use 85% for work related typing and 15% for gaming. Overall, I like how quiet these keys are compared to the more expensive Logitech gaming keyboard I've had before. They also deliver a fairly satisfying "pop" after each key press, which I really like. Now one of my biggest complaints is that some of the keys have started to squeak and make slight rubbing/rubbing noises, which I totally understand for this price point, but I just wish they sprayed some kind of lube on them to make them a little quieter and didn't sound like two mice fighting each other with plastic swords. The keys have this slightly rubberized coating that's great for traction, but as other reviews have mentioned, the backlight doesn't fully illuminate the top two rows (e.g. $, &, %, etc. are bisected so you can see the highlight can only see on half of the character). I love the backlight choice and I think it worked flawlessly for about a month of owning this keyboard. Great value for money but there are a few very small downsides if you expect very high performance from a mechanical keyboard.
