Updated: I used to love this keyboard

Update April 1, 2021: Unfortunately I had to downgrade my rating of this keyboard from 5 stars to 2. This keyboard died for me tonight. He showed no warning signs of death; it just died. Half the keys stopped working and it had only been a year and a half. I know membrane keyboards don't last as long as mechanical keyboards, but a year and a half sucks. Original Bummer.Old Review: This keyboard is great. RGB colors just right. The breathing effect isn't great, but I mean what do you expect for…

Great basic backlit keyboard for everyday use.

Excellent inexpensive keyboard. I bought it as an extra keyboard to keep my kvm connected so I don't have to keep moving my good keyboard around when I need to do something with my servers. It's great for basic typing or everyday tasks that you might need a keyboard for. I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, although its feature set isn't up to par. If you want a simple keyboard with multiple color options to help you type in low light conditions, then this keyboard is a perfect choice. Just…

Keyboard previously for 20 €.

I've had a lot of crappy cheap Revain stuff, especially keyboards. I go through them like crazy because of the types of games I play. Usually, most of them don't last more than a few minutes before I decide I hate them. This keyboard is AWESOME. Feels good, the LEDs look good and I love how the top right side of the keyboard with the numlock/capslock keys lights up red. If you are looking for a GOOD CHEAP KEYBOARD suitable for gaming, this is your first choice for professional mechanical…

I like typing on it because the keyboard itself is very comfortable.

I like typing on it because the keyboard itself is very stiff due to the aluminum frame. However, the backlight is too weak for me even in the brightest setting. Edge lighting that illuminates the keycaps is brighter than the keycaps themselves; it momentarily blinds me so I can't read the keys right away until my eyes get used to it. In a lighted room with the backlight off, I can't read the keys because it's a transparent plastic that the backlight normally shines through. I think the entire…

This is a cheap backlit keyboard for work, but not for gaming.

This is one of the few keyboards with a white or almost white backlight. White is better for working in the dark. RGB is for show only and has no purpose other than Instagram photos. This keyboard is a decent keyboard. I've been using it for a few months now. it's kind of a click, if that's the word. he seems quite responsive. The backlight is good, but has one fatal flaw. The top right corner above the numeric keypad that should be lit is not lit. I was told it shouldn't glow, which is a shame

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Not bad, but not great

After reading many reviews of this keyboard and other mechanical keyboards available I decided to pull the Redragon trigger because I like it didn't want to spend a lot of money as I use 85% for work related typing and 15% for gaming. Overall, I like how quiet these keys are compared to the more expensive Logitech gaming keyboard I've had before. They also deliver a fairly satisfying "pop" after each key press, which I really like. Now one of my biggest complaints is that some of the keys have…

Unusually appropriate

What I like: • Very elegant and minimal design. It has almost everything I would like, not just what I don't need. • The backlight on the non-flashing rainbow setting is my favorite of any keyboard I've owned. • Feeling. Pretty solid considering the price and features. It has good feel and weight distribution, and the material doesn't feel cheap to the touch. What I don't like: • Only noticeable if you look closely, but the backlight doesn't fill some keys. evenly. For example, if you look at…

  • Best in its niche

Bought 2 of these keyboards. Both stopped working 5-6 weeks after purchase.

When I bought my first Redragon K509 keyboard, I bought the Redragon S107 keyboard and mouse at the same time. The keyboard in this S107 combo looks identical to this K509 keyboard. It even has exactly the same instructions, looks and behaves exactly the same. This K509 keyboard has proven to be good value. I found the quality good for the price. LEDs didn't have fixed colors (which is a good thing), and LEDs could be set to multiple colors, in "breathing mode" and with constant brightness…
