I like typing on it because the keyboard itself is very stiff due to the aluminum frame. However, the backlight is too weak for me even in the brightest setting. Edge lighting that illuminates the keycaps is brighter than the keycaps themselves; it momentarily blinds me so I can't read the keys right away until my eyes get used to it. In a lighted room with the backlight off, I can't read the keys because it's a transparent plastic that the backlight normally shines through. I think the entire keyboard should be painted white or silver to provide better contrast with the letters, numbers, and symbols on the keycaps when the keyboard is used in a non-backlit room. But it's ideal for typing in a dark room.
