This card reader is robust and runs at high speed as advertised. My disappointment was that the main feature of this product that motivated me to buy it over others was the 3 inch cable. I planned on leaving it plugged into my PC's USB port, which is under my desk. I was expecting this to allow for easy insertion of my SD card without having to crawl under my desk to use my PC's built-in memory card reader. However, the instructions say to first connect the SD card to the Unitex and then connect the card reader cable to the PC. So I still have to crawl under the table.
