The instruction manual is not very good, but the product works
I just received it and tested it with a 12V DC power supply. When the device is on, the lever rotates 90 degrees. Reversing the polarity - switching between the negative and positive poles - reverses the direction of rotation of the lever, as expected. The gears are metal and look sturdy. I hope it lasts. With 2 key relays and esp32 it will be possible to control this via wifi. That's my plan
