WILL NOT WORK WITH PCIE 4.0.

The build quality is excellent, does not affect the temperature and is easy to install. I thought it was broken and only shows up 10% of the time. It turns out that the cable is PCI Gen 3 and my x570 is Gen 4. I also got it to work by changing the PCI slot to Gen 3 in the BIOS settings.
