Review on ๐Ÿšด Giro Bravo Gloves: Superior Performance and Comfort for Enhanced Cycling Experience by Shafiq Wang

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits good; wears out quickly

***Update 2***Giro sent me a replacement. This is a newer version that has pockets on two fingers of each glove, making it easier to get them off your hands. Also, they are very similar. If they last at least another 500 miles I would consider the initial purchase to be good value for money so I'm increasing my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Although Giro wasn't the quickest in replies, I am impressed with their service. I actually lost my helmet pad on a trip and they sent me a replacement too - no questions asked. They didn't have to do that, just from a CS point of view, I'll happily buy from them again and add another star to get a 5. I wasn't expecting their CS to be that good at all - when companies get more (Giro is part of Vista Outdoor, which owns Giro, Bell, Camelbak as well as a number of other non-bike brands), their customer service usually comes first . Here things are different. ***Update*** Jiro replied asking for my address to send a replacement. I have replied and will update when I have more information. They said it takes them 5-10 business days to reply due to volume. Please note that they do not have an automatic first reply (most companies will notify you that they have recovered your email and will reply soon). So if you email them, don't expect a response within two weeks. The thread came off, they were very comfortable and worked well. I measured my hands and chose the size based on the size chart on the Giro website and they fit perfectly. Without these gloves, one of my hands went numb after about 10 miles - wearing gloves really helped with that. The red color has definitely faded with the wash but that didn't bother me as I was more concerned about functionality; When the seam came loose (see photos), I was very disappointed. I used them for the first time in June so I've been using them for about 2 months. I just checked out Strava and they lasted just under 500 miles before I noticed the threads were falling apart. I emailed Giro a few days ago and haven't received a response yet. If so, I will update this review.
