Review on Nautica N83 Men's Wakeland Wristwatch by Tamara Allen

This watch has lasted all day and kept the time. It just stopped working even though the "fuse" was still on when I got it. For example, the plastic that keeps the battery from dying was still there, but it still died within a day of "turning it on". I don't know what's wrong with that. I contacted Nautica who referred me to Timex. These companies offered to send me in for a battery replacement for $18. You sent me a defective watch and now you want to charge me an extra $18 to send it back with a new battery (assuming that's the problem)? The customer service is terrible, the watch is of terrible quality and I tried wearing it in front of my mother when she bought it for me and she immediately realized it didn't work. Now she feels bad that she gave me a broken watch. I buy quite a bit of Nautica clothing and will certainly never buy anything from Nautica or Timex again and I would recommend the same to anyone reading this.
