Review on Strathmore 567 7 Softcover Journal Sheets by Kim Sanchez

This book came to me with a few scratches on the cover, but to be honest. It doesn't matter much. The paper inside is really good and I usually use it along with a pen and watercolor to sketch in public. It deforms with washing but not so much that it prevents me from painting the product. It also seems to dry a bit slower than some of my other papers, which can help depending on which technique you prefer. I really want the paper to lay flat and considering it's quite pricey for a mixed media sketchbook I'd like that to be a feature. But otherwise they are great. They are durable, there are many pages inside, and although the cover was a bit worn it helped me not to treat it as so precious and just do the sketch. That and a sketch pad are the two things I carry with me the most.
