Review on Vonage Phone Solution: New for 2011 Adapter + Cordless Phone System with Dect 6.0 Motorola Cordless System L603 (not L403) – All-in-One Package! by Marty Drury

Revainrating 5 out of 5

First they looked for replacements for old cordless phones and eventually upgraded the entire Vonage system.

The Revain product description describes this as a Vonage VDV22 CVR adapter model, but I received a VDV23 CVR model. I was actually looking to replace my old Uniden cordless phones with a new set when I found this product which consists of three cordless phones along with an improved Vonage adapter. I had an older Vonage VT2442 VD adapter from 2008 that worked fine, but this new adapter takes up less space and is more up to date, so why not upgrade the whole thing? Ultimately, price was the deciding factor, to be honest. Three new cordless phones plus an upgraded Vonage adapter, priced well below other systems, made it much easier to choose between multiple cordless phones with newer technologies like Bluetooth and a bunch of features I don't really need. a valid Vonage client replacing your old adapter with the new one included here, you must activate it through their website under "Add-ons"; Make sure you have the MAC ID of the new device (on a sticker under the adapter). The process only takes a few minutes and is done entirely online. Once activation is complete, the actual transfer to the new adapter is relatively quick. The reactivation of 911 service took a little longer but was completed the same day. 3 cordless phones are pretty basic; This includes features such as caller ID, 10 ring tones, volume control, speakerphone, device search, redial, call log, and separate (non-shared) phone books. You can also identify each phone with your own name; I named them after their location e.g. B. kitchen, basement and master bedroom so I can't place them in the wrong base unit. So far this has been a good choice for me as an existing Vonage customer. Setup was simple, and the phones worked in several parts of the three-story house with no noticeable signal degradation.
