Works well. I replaced my 3.5 year old because my phones turned off after a long call. With the new ones I returned to normal life.

I use this phone with Vonage and the base is on the top floor. Make sure you put the base on the bottom tier. The quality was poor when I had the base upstairs, but it's much better in the basement.

The only thing that bothers me is that the phones are not of the best quality. After 2-3 years they look like they are 10 or more years old! I wish Vonage would have given us a better quality phone as an option.

Vonage Adapter is OK, but Phones lag behind in technology. My main complaint is that they don't have a shared phone book and you have to enter all your names and numbers into each phone. My old phones that I bought in 2006 had this feature but this one didn't. We tried just returning the phones but it doesn't work. :((

$40 cheaper than Wally World and the phones and consumable box work great. Heck if I could get a phone line from a cable company I would only buy this pack for 3 phones. You also received a $50 gift card to subscribe to the service and you can send and receive faxes through Vonage.

I like the system, but there are two problems. The message waiting feature is sometimes hard to see if there are other missed calls after leaving a message, and the phone book is unique to each phone and doesn't appear on everyone. In other words, if you enter a directory on one phone, it will NOT appear on the other two.

I ordered this pack about a year ago. While Vonage's service was okay, the phones are terrible. One in three phones stopped working after about a month. The other two lasted a bit longer but have since been replaced. The phone is cheap and not worth the money. I would recommend ordering a Vonage adapter through the website and using your existing phones.

The Revain product description describes this as a Vonage VDV22 CVR adapter model, but I received a VDV23 CVR model. I was actually looking to replace my old Uniden cordless phones with a new set when I found this product which consists of three cordless phones along with an improved Vonage adapter.
