Absolutely not as described.
The description of the item shows that the Scuddles I bought have a fully extended 38 inch handle. That would be fine as I'm 5ft 2in. I've tried six ways to push the grip out since Sunday and the best it could do was less than 28 inches. too much of. I returned it. I looked at what I ordered and confirmed it was supposed to be a 36 inch range.
