I love these knee pads because they feel perfect the first time you put them on. However, if you're in a profession that involves constant movement and requires you to be on your knees for long periods of time and in changing conditions, insoles simply don't maintain their comfort or fit. After about a month of heavy use, the pads wore out and I felt like I hadn't even worn them. The only reason I can say they are worn at all is because the straps that hold them in place always need adjusting and tightening; You slide left, right, up and down which can lead to some awkward positions. If you need something cheap for a quick job, then that's fine. If you're looking for something permanent, then you're probably better off looking elsewhere.
