Good for Excessive Barking Dogs

This collar is being worn by my 2 year old husky, after just a few days it seems to be passive on morning runs that run across our fence. I've set it to only beep and vibrate, no static mode, and that setting is distracting. I remember watching him run along the fence chasing a jogger and every few seconds he would stop and look confused at the same time he would stop barking. I hear a beep in the distance and I hear a vibration as I get closer. The sound signal alone distracted him and brought the desired result. The battery still performs well, doesn't need to be recharged so overall it's low maintenance and represents good value in exchange for a quiet morning.
