I bought them because they were recommended by The Wirecutter. The order comes with a tray applicator, a microfiber cloth, dust removal stickers, alcohol wipes and 3 screens. It also comes with installation instructions and they encourage you to register your product to ease a potential warranty claim. All of this impressed me for 3 seemingly simple screen protectors. In any case, I follow their video guide and install the screen protector without any problems. I'd say it's a pretty heavy screen protector. However, the screen protector ripped the next day with normal daily use. I was a bit frustrated because I literally put it on the night before. I went to make a claim and the claims website was not working at all. I've tried a few times. I ended up just emailing their support team. They responded quickly and I ended up emailing a warranty claim. They were direct and sweet about it. A few days later I received a new package of screen protectors. Overall I like them and would recommend them. They appear to be very legitimate and the installation process is pretty neat. Even though one of them broke right away, the customer service was good and I'm still happy with the product.
