I like the durability of this mudguard. This pot is a little big for a 3 liter pot but there are small feet on the bottom to keep it in place for a pot of this size and not touch the countertop when you remove it. I'll see if they come in smaller sizes. One thing that might 'possibly' be an idea is that their handle easily fits onto the pot handle in case you need to lift the pot while cooking and the splatter guard stays securely in place as you do only need one hand instead of two. one to hold the pot handle and one to protect against splashes. Maybe for pouring fat from bacon etc. Or maybe it's a "safety" feature.
