I haven't been able to fix any problems with this camera yet; 1) Regardless of the adjustment or reconfiguration of the field of view, the camera does not register an entering person's field of view (although it sometimes catches a receding object). 2) The signal strength remains poor. Support offered to change wifi channel. I don't have the same experience with any of my other WiFi devices. Replacing the antenna had minimal effect. Pairing with the camera usually requires several attempts.3) The PIR sensor is very sensitive to vehicle traffic. It registers every passing car, but not a person in sight. I was told that PIR cannot be forced to ignore certain areas. This contradicts information from the companies that developed the system. I had limited success with the blind. I'm still experimenting. 4) When using IR, the camera collapses on the side of my house. Turning off the IR and setting the spotlight to focus point helped. Reolink help pages are not navigable. Using Google gives the best results, but the information provided is often irrelevant. I've passed the return date so I was left alone to resolve these issues. Because of these issues, I downgraded the camera to two stars and warned against buying it.
