Review on Connect Monitors Connectivity Required Necessary by Alan Massey

I had high hopes for this based on other positive reviews but for some reason I wasn't able to install and configure this unit despite following the instructions in a letter have followed. First I tried to connect it to my 5GHz WiFi network but I think it only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. So I tried following the reset instructions which says "If you ever need to perform a factory reset, to restore this setting, simply press and hold the front panel button for about 1 second or until the LED color changes from blue changes to blue/red."So I pressed the button, but no matter how long I pressed it, the color didn't change. Repeated attempts to reconfigure the device after that were unsuccessful. I have the KeepConnect network on." seen my iPhone but when I tried to connect I got the message "Couldn't join the KeepConnect network" After repeated reboots and trying to connect to the network I was able to connect once or twice but after I clicked the "set up wifi" button on the login page, nothing happened at all.The only time I got over this stage hi The first thing I got away with was on my very first try when I entered my 5G network information without realizing it wasn't supported. Unfortunately I have to send these back. There is no support phone number, just an email address.
