They are very large if you ask me as I have been buying leggings for decades. If you wear large pants I would recommend medium ones as the abdominal protection ends just below the chest. In fact, you could just pull them over your chest. The material is quite thin, you must be in good shape. In terms of comfort, they feel and look good because the material is nice. Opt for thicker leggings if you want more control. Mine are of good will. I may order again but will probably try the small size, my large size was so big. I weigh 150 and 5'1.
