
Worked great for me with my 03 4.3. Went through several mechanics and a burned out cat already trying to figure out why my truck was tripping/stuttering up hills and off stops. New spark plugs/wires, coil, distributor parts, spider injector and last recommendation was valve springs (no to that idea). I finally got my job done with a little effort and the truck was working properly again. Installation on my model is not difficult, you just need to remove the inlet pipe. It is recommended that you disconnect the negative battery as you will also be unplugging the MAF connector to get to it and at the same time you will be resetting the ECU. This is a #20 sprocket for my S10 for the 2 bolts holding it.
