Review on 🧶 ChiaoGoo 1092 Wood Yarn Butler by Denise Davis

I never thought I would buy something so expensive and "unnecessary". I used to store my yarn in gallon ziplock bags with one end open to reveal the working line - it worked, was cheap, easy to change and simple. However, the yarn always kind of twisted and it dangled when I knitted and it was ugly. I didn't know there was anything better until I found this. Yes, it's expensive and heavy, but that weight means I can put it on the floor or on a table and just pull it. No fiddling, no floppy bags or crackling plastic noises. It's beautiful to touch and see, it just makes the experience more sensual. I love knitting because I love it. Now this tool is part of that well-being.
