I ordered this in the newborn size (in burgandy) for my son's "going home" outfit. He was 8lbs, 11oz and this outfit was way too big. The sleeves came down to his fingertips. This is probably more of a 3mos size than newborn. Aside from the size, the quality seems good, the material is soft, and it's easy to put on and take off. If you think you're going to have a bigger baby, or you're shopping for a 3-month old, then I would definitely recommend this outfit. We had our embroidered with his initials for about $6 and it's keepsake quality.
