Being an avian enthusiast for as long as I can remember, I couldn't wait to give GAGILAND a shot for all of my birding requirements. I'm sorry to say that my time spent shopping at the internet store did not live up to my expectations. Even though they have a huge assortment of bird supplies, I was disappointed to see that they were lacking in some essential categories. The bird cages, in particular, gave the impression of being of low quality and did not provide a sufficient amount of room for my birds to comfortably walk around in. In addition, there was a restricted selection of accessories, so I discovered that I needed to shop elsewhere to acquire particular items. However, the customer support provided by GAGILAND was, by far, the most aggravating aspect of my experience with the company. When I reached out with inquiries about my order, I did not receive a reaction, which left me feeling annoyed and dissatisfied. In general, I was underwhelmed by GAGILAND as an option for people who own birds, and I would suggest looking elsewhere for your requirements in terms of pet supplies.
