After reading some reviews I chose this model and I'm glad I did. Easy to read, the taring function is retained even when switched off. This is the first time I've converted my pastry to weight rather than volume and it's a lot easier. No messy measurements, just add to your container until you reach your desired weight! The top is removable for easy cleaning and is lightweight yet durable. Make sure you get every scale with an AC adapter so you don't have to worry about dead batteries during a hectic baking day. I highly recommend this workhorse!
