I like how easy it is to integrate with our PBX system, as well as other SIP providers. There are several ways that you can use this service in order to get your voicemails transferred over securely from another provider into Voicemail services such as Google Voice or RingCentral. We've been able to have all calls routed outbound via either VOICE MAIL (SMS) using Twilio's API which works great! Also we were having issues transferring some messages coming in direct but after implementing their transfer feature they now work just fine. The only thing about call protection is its price point - there isn't really anything else quite comparable so not much competition if any at all here. Transferring incoming calls directly into my account without doing an actual phone pick up when someone texts me has helped tremendously reduce missed calls and also.
