This is a review of a toothbrush, not dental floss kits. are not biodegradable. Made in China. They are no worse than a regular plastic toothbrush. I'm glad the pens are biodegradable, but I object to the fact that they're sold with bristles made from "Nylon 6, the world's most biodegradable nylon." Nylon-6 is NOT biodegradable. While there are some microorganisms that can degrade some plastics, they cannot degrade nylon 6 polymers. According to a National Institutes of Health article, nylon-6 is "known to be resistant to degradation in the natural environment.β These nylon bristles are recyclable in some communities, but the bristles are too small to recycle themselves. I think you can take them out with pliers and put them in another recyclable plastic container. Where they are made I was looking for a US made bamboo toothbrush. I am outraged that the seller gave the wrong answer that they are made in the USA. I bought this item based on this answer. Both products are made in China. See attached picture.
