Very poor product and warranty support. I've been using it regularly and almost a year has passed and the focus step is giving up. I'm surprised as this is the most important element in any scope you use on a daily basis. I contacted the support but they said the warranty was expired and flatly refused and the funny thing is they offered me a discount if I buy another one. I laughed at her "Why would I buy your sale product again when I know it will break and you don't cover your own product?!?" Try to buy a Nikon or something that's under warranty, if there is any defect in their products. Product.
