This toaster is the worst! Don't waste money. I had one come in and the left side didn't go down so the toast couldn't be toasted so I had to return it and get another. I should have taken that as a sign because since I've been using this thing it doesn't toast to 1, 2, 3 or 4. It does some of the work on 5 and the bagel button doesn't work at all! My bagel still feels bland and just reheated it, it didn't toast at all. It doesn't toast your bread, it just warms it up more than anything else. Don't waste money! Terrible toaster, now I have to buy another one and hopefully I can find a better one than this stupid thing.
