You'll find your screws will get stuck right away. You need to make sure you "unlock" the front mechanism and set the depth for the specific screws you are using. Once installed. A nudge or two is enough to get the screws turning nicely. From time to time you will get a dirty or missing screw. However, you can just skip them and refeed the strip to turn those screws later. Definitely better than screwing in screws one at a time if you're doing a lot of drywall. The problem is that after about 40 sheets. (not even all the screws are needed for 40 sheets), fu@&er stops the automatic feed! Now I have to retighten the strip a little after each screw. Very annoying. but. I admit. It's still better than screwing in the screws one at a time. Now I don't have a 30 day return window. I'm "halfway" with my project and can't afford to send it in and wait for a warranty replacement. So I'm stuck and pulling the strip out a little after every other screw until we're done installing a total of 124 sheets. Would I dare take it apart and try to fix it myself?
