I bought this flash because I didn't have too much money to spend on a proprietary flash. I did a little research, watched a few YouTube videos and finally settled on Godox. I've actually made a few more purchases from Godox because their products are reliable and a lot cheaper than branded ones. I use this flash as an off-camera flash and use it in manual mode. I had a problem when I switched to TTL mode, my camera froze. I'm not sure why this happened, but I had to turn the camera off and on again. This actually happened three times in TTL mode. After that, I didn't want to take any more risks and only use it in manual mode. Which I prefer anyway. Definitely enjoy this flash.
