I tried to save money and buy them. The biggest problem is that they don't stay on Swiffer sticks. Also, they don't have the "dustproof" technology of the real ones. Even without glasses I can see that it only scatters dust and does not trap the dust in its fibers. In fact, if you're looking to save money and not buy a branded Swiffer replacement, I found that Target has a generic replacement that looks a lot like Swiffer, but my local store doesn't stock them. In any case, Enviro Care wipes don't work the way you want them to.
