Not a bad beginner silk pillowcase

There were a lot of interesting things in this pillowcase. It came in nice packaging and was nicely wrapped in tissue paper. Unfortunately, this was marred somewhat by a sticky barcode sticker that couldn't be removed gently. I thought the silver color was very pretty, the zipper is fairly subtle (although the clasp is loose, it didn't bother me), and the black brand tag is tastefully small. It went well with my standard pillows - quite snug so there wasn't much extra fabric, but it wasn't difficult to slip them in either (although the zip doesn't go all the way so you have to be careful). . It didn't slip on my bed (or my head) like I feared, although the trade-off was that it didn't feel as slippery as I'd imagined. It's comfortable, but no more comfortable or cooler than my regular pillowcase (which I already liked). I haven't noticed any real changes in my hair or skin, but if the sheets you sleep on don't feel very smooth, there's a good chance it's helping you reduce breakage and frizz. I still sometimes wake up with wrinkles in my sleep, but that's because my face is weirdly blurry, not because of the creases in the pillowcase. my skin or hair products. This would happen after they have had some time to soak as I don't apply them and then lay down straight away. I don't see that as a problem with this product, it's just a consequence of the fact that it's real silk, just something to keep in mind. I washed the pillowcase as directed (I chose to hand wash in cold water with a silk cleaner) and it washes well and dries in a few hours although it didn't make much of a difference in the appearance of the stains. .Unfortunately, a major downside to this pillowcase is the stitching. After only a few nights of sleep, I noticed two spots where the seams seemed to be coming apart (one in the photo, the other looks almost the same). I can't think of anything he could attach himself to causing this. I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before holes appear in the pillowcase and I'll find myself having to wash the pillowcase less often than I'd like for fear that moving the pillows in and out will cause that they dissolve faster. You want to buy a few pieces or you want to try a silk pillowcase for the first time or you know you use products that may stain etc. I think this is a decent silk pillowcase for beginners. I'm glad I tried. However, if you are looking for a luxury product that will last you for a long time, this may not be what you are looking for.
